If you’re not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right.

How to return an item:

  • Your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Contact us at hello@yukibarismo.com to start your return.

  • Returns must be sent to: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]. You’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damages & issues:
Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or wrong, contact us immediately so we can fix it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges:
To exchange an item, return your original product and, once accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

European Union Customers:
You have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason, without justification. The item must be in original condition, unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

Refunds:
